Each board meeting shall include a public comment section directly after the CALL TO ORDER. The allocated time for this section is thirty (30) minutes. During the public comment section, individuals may address the Board about topics that are not otherwise included on the agenda by signing up on the form provided before the beginning of the meeting. Each person speaking shall state his/her name, address, and subject or presentation. Remarks will be limited to three (3) minutes unless time is extended by the Board.
