Individual Learning Plan and Process for EL Students

An Individual Learning Plan (ILP) is a document that describes the academic and language needs of, and goals for, an English Learner (EL.) It is created by English as a Second Language (ESL) teachers in collaboration with other teachers, leaders, counselors, parents, and/or the student. The ESL teacher will oversee the ILP, updating as needed through collaboration with the student, teachers, and other stakeholders.
